Door out of sync with app
Overview
If after setting up the Smart Controller you swipe up or down and you see the Door in the app open or closed but your physical is closed or opened.
To solve this problem
For beam, Garageio, and Guardian Smart Controllers
If you don't know the password
- Locate your Door Sensor.
- Make sure that the Door Sensor is installed correctly.
