App door opens/closes, but actual door doesn't move

Overview

If after setting up the Smart Controller you swipe up or down and you see the Door in the app move up or down but your physical doesn't move.

To solve this problem

For beam, Garageio, and Guardian Smart Controllers
  1. Locate the Push Button terminal on your operator.
  2. Make sure that your opener is plugged.
  3. Confirm that the Opener cable from your Smart Controller is connected to the correct terminal on your Opener (you could pull gently on the cables to confirm that they are secured). Illustrations for reference:
