Can't scan door sensor

Overview

Some users experience problems scanning the door sensor. 

To solve this problem

For beam, Garageio, and Guardian Smart Controllers
  1. Start by placing the phone 11 in away from the Door Senor (camera towards the QR code of the Door Sensor).
  2. Slowly, bring the phone closer to the Door sensor code to approximately 5 in between the door sensor and the Phone.
  3. If this doesn't solve the problem you will be prompted to enter the door sensor code manually.
