Can't scan door sensor
Overview
Some users experience problems scanning the door sensor.
To solve this problem
For beam, Garageio, and Guardian Smart Controllers
- Start by placing the phone 11 in away from the Door Senor (camera towards the QR code of the Door Sensor).
- Slowly, bring the phone closer to the Door sensor code to approximately 5 in between the door sensor and the Phone.
- If this doesn't solve the problem you will be prompted to enter the door sensor code manually.
